Description

The palate is neatly cradled in fine

very tasty but also with very good freshness and high acidity (it has 6

pencil shavings and dusty soil

blended from 140 wines dating from 1996 to 2010

Patrick Javillier, Meursault Clousot Brut Zero The palate is neatly cradled(the name is a play on words as this is a . 60 ha blend of two vineyards, Les Clous and Crotots). Here too the wood influence is discreet and easily allows the ripe and airy aromas of apple, pear, olive oil and citrus elements to shine. There is excellent punch and an almost pungent minerality on the youthfully austere and firm finish that exhibits lovely balance. This is a bigger but not finer wine than the Tillets and is also lovely.
